Welcome to  AZ Cosmetic. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your cosmetics orders from our store at https://www.azcosmetic.com (originating from Egypt).

1. Order Processing

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Sunday–Thursday).

Cut‑off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EET on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders after cut‑off, and those placed on weekends or public holidays, begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations

Domestic (Egypt): We ship to all governorates across Egypt (Except North Sinai).

3. Shipping Methods & Rates

Domestic (Egypt)

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link.

Track your shipment in real time via the carrier’s website.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Inspection: Please inspect your package upon delivery.

Damage Claims: If your order arrives damaged, report it to us and the carrier within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of packaging and products.

Lost Shipments: If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 14 days so we can initiate an investigation.

6. Address Accuracy

Ensure your shipping address is complete and correct.

 AZ Cosmetic is not responsible for delays or non‑delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately via WhatsaApp; we will do our best to accommodate changes prior to shipment.

7. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement by emailing  atozcosmetics2026@gmail.com.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation isn’t possible; please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for returns.
